The The Inter-Tribal Coalition to Defend Bear Butte is a group made up of tribes and their traditional societies to protect and defend their right to pray and have their ceremonies in peace. The current threat to traditional tribal cultural practices is a 22,000-square-foot drive through biker bar, campground and 30,000-seat amphitheater complex under construction less than two miles from Bear Butte.
