There are many ways to get involved with our project and support the protection of sacred places and cultural diversity. We are, after all, building a community of cross-cultural cooperation with this work, and we welcome the growth of the community.
| Silent Auction Items Needed
On March 15th we are holding an event at the Brower Center in Berkeley, CA, featuring preview scenes of our four-part documentary series Standing on Sacred Ground. Reception attendees will enjoy delicious indigenous dishes and the event will include guest speakers, a Q&A with the director and a silent auction. That’s where we need your help, we are seeking items for our silent auction such as:
If you have an item you would like to donate listed here (or one that you think would be a good fit) please contact us here. (We are a 501c3 non-profit, so all items donated are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by the IRS tax code.) We are also in need of event volunteers in these roles: an artist to help beautify the event, an artist to create name tags for staff and special guests and outgoing individuals to help us call and invite guests.
